I’ve been working with Brianna for about 4 months as of right now and I’ve never felt better. I’ve lost a total of 21 pounds and I didn’t lose any of my strength in the gym which is exactly what I asked her for. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 4 years and I’ve gotten very strong but the diet part was always a struggle for me. Brianna takes the time to really concentrate on what her client needs other than giving a set meal plan. She asks questions and makes your plan specific to your your personal body. She also checks in every week and if I had any questions or concerns she would always answer me quickly to help me make the right decision.
